Outbound Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate sales through outbound warm lead calls utilizing a variety of persuasive sales techniques.
- Manage and nurture leads through effective communication, pipeline management, and organizational skills.
- Maintain and update prospect database and opportunity funnel daily to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer interaction and using multiple software applications.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets and daily KPIs to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Previous outbound call experience is preferred.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professional presentation abilities.
- Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
