Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in OH (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start date).
