Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) – Spine Surgery, RNFA - Summary- Locum, contract-based assignment in orthopedic spine surgery
- Full-time role supporting a high-volume surgical practice in Los Angeles, CA
- Collaborative work environment with orthopedic surgeons and allied health professionals
- Credentialing process approximately 90 days
- Provide first-assist support during complex spine surgeries
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative patient management
- Participate in surgical case planning and intraoperative decision-making
- Assist with patient education and answer queries regarding surgical procedures and recovery
- Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
