We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team at our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a talented physician to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, providing high-quality care to our diverse patient population. Our modern facility is part of a growing Critical Access Hospital, recently expanded to include a new 96,000 sq. ft. addition with advanced operating room suites and comprehensive patient care areas. As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will become a key member of our multidisciplinary medical team, which consists of experienced physicians and allied health professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional orthopedic care.

The Orthopedic Surgeon position offers a balanced work schedule, with four 10-hour day shifts per week, allowing for a rewarding work-life balance. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to deliver integrated patient care.
- Utilize advanced technologies and resources available in our fully equipped operating room suites and clinic facilities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- Engage with local university athletic programs to provide specialized care for sports-related injuries and performance optimization.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
- Participate in hospital and clinic meetings, committees, and community outreach programs as needed.

- Highly competitive total compensation opportunity (potential for 800K+).
- RVU production bonus opportunities based on annual thresholds.
- Quality incentives up to $177,000 annually.
- $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (MD/DO).
- Eligible for medical licensure.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills in orthopedic care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
