As an Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will work closely with a team of skilled orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff, participating in both surgical and outpatient settings. The primary focus will be on orthopedic spine procedures, with responsibilities that span from pre-operative assessment to post-operative recovery planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend or on-call duties, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Patient caseloads are manageable, averaging 8-10 patients per day, and duties include conducting patient histories, assisting in the operating room, and developing comprehensive recovery plans. - First assist in orthopedic spine surgeries, typically on Tuesday and Thursday mornings

- Manage a daily outpatient clinic caseload of 8-10 patients, providing ongoing orthopedic care
- Coordinate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
