Candidates for the Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) role must possess a current and active California State Physician Assistant license, as well as Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Additional required certifications include ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association, as well as a Fluoroscopy License. Previous experience as a first assist in orthopedic surgery is essential to provide seamless support to surgeons and optimize patient outcomes.
