Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.
- Residency-trained or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) credentials are highly desirable.
