Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications, or program management within global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology change initiatives; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of organizational readiness assessment and adoption measurement.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
