Organizational Change Management Consultant (OCM Consultant) - Summary
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant (OCM Consultant), you will be responsible for leading and supporting change initiatives across large-scale programs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and change management strategies. By leveraging your strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and proficiency in change methodologies, you will help organizations achieve their transformation goals efficiently and effectively. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive communication and engagement plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Lead change management activities, including the creation of personas, conducting impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and workshop facilitation.
- Collaborate closely with program leadership and key stakeholders to drive adoption of change initiatives and proactively minimize resistance throughout the process.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on organizational change management activities, ensuring strategic alignment with program and organizational goals.
- Support the expansion and integration of training delivery as organizational change management practices become more centralized.
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of change management processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in organizational change management across large programs or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication materials, stakeholder management plans, and facilitate engaging workshops.
- Proven hands-on approach with a flexible and adaptable consulting style, willing to assume ownership of key deliverables.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience within the public sector or Department of Health is highly preferred.
- Certification in Prosci or another recognized OCM methodology is considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and government program operations is recommended.
