Order to Cash Analyst (O2C Analyst) - Summary- Supports all phases of Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Operates within a BPaaS environment to streamline and optimize O2C processes.
- Acts as a key contributor to the accounts receivable and collections functions.
- Partners with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Process and monitor customer billing and invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
- Support collections efforts by following up on outstanding invoices and communicating with customers as needed.
- Assist with cash application and payment processing, ensuring all payments are accurately posted to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
