Order Selector Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Order Selectors for full-time opportunities. The Order Selector role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient selection of products for shipment to retail stores. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining high operational and safety standards. Key Responsibilities- Accurately select and palletize cases of products according to order requirements for shipment to retail locations.
- Safely operate electric forklifts and other warehouse equipment under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Build stable pallets to prepare shipments efficiently and securely for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times, contributing to a safe work environment for all team members.
- Follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic math skills to accurately count, match, and organize products for shipment.
- Work competently within both dry and freezer warehouse environments as required by daily assignments.
- Comply with all safety and operational policies to promote a secure workplace.
- Ability to operate an electric forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Basic math skills and understanding of numeric order systems for accurate product selection.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capable of working in varying temperatures, including dry and freezer warehouse settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Full-time position with a standard 4/10 work schedule, providing flexibility and the option to work overtime as needed.
- No driving or travel is required for this role.
