Order Management Specialist - Summary
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery of products and resolution of any post-sale issues. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze technical documentation, handle customer questions, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately address customer inquiries regarding parts, equipment model numbers, compatibility, and other technical questions.

- Handle challenging or stressful customer interactions with tact and a focus on resolution.
- Investigate and resolve shipment errors, damaged freight, and billing discrepancies; issue credits when necessary.
- Monitor and expedite open orders to meet customer delivery requirements by collaborating closely with warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring proper order routing and fulfillment.
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries professionally, ensuring quality customer care and adherence to service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and programs, enabling prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
