Order Entry Specialist - Summary
- Responsible for entering and managing customer orders using Oracle and related software
- Acts as a vital link between customers and sales/internal teams

Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders into Oracle, maintaining high standards of data integrity
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, delivery dates, and product specifics
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and logistics in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal sales and logistics teams to resolve any issues and expedite shipments when necessary
- Confirm order details with customers, including pricing, shipping schedules, and potential delays
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer orders and related communications
- Provide support to the sales team by flagging customer issues that require escalation
