Oracle HCM Consultant - Summary- Strategically assess and optimize Oracle HCM systems across Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
- Deliver expert advice and actionable recommendations for system improvements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and document key findings in line with best practices.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of Oracle HCM system configuration, design, and structure.
- Develop and present comprehensive roadmaps for system enhancements based on technical complexity and business impact.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM features and capabilities.
- Facilitate and lead discovery sessions, documenting findings and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Translate technical findings into executive-ready presentations and proposals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the People Technology function.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in implementation, configuration, or consulting roles.
- Proven expertise in Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data model relationships and complex system configurations.
- Excellent consulting, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrates deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM applications.
