Oracle HCM Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a key contributor to Oracle HCM data remediation and system optimization projects.
- Lead audits and data quality improvement efforts across Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Management, and Time & Absence modules.
- Support HR and Compensation teams with data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of employee data within Oracle HCM modules, focusing on accuracy and consistency.
- Perform systematic data validation across systems such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, and rewards to identify discrepancies and determine root causes.
- Execute high-volume data corrections utilizing Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Develop and maintain data quality tracking mechanisms, audit protocols, and documentation for business rules and remediation actions.
- Partner with Compensation and other People teams to confirm data accuracy and support ongoing data initiatives.
- Analyze system integrations and data flows between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data transfer.
- Identify and recommend improvements for configuration issues that impact data quality.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot OTBI and BI Publisher reports for data analysis, extraction, and validation.
- Document current-state configurations, data definitions, and processes to support transparency and future enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) related to system changes and data updates, ensuring business requirements are met.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM data remediation, cleanup, or migration initiatives.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially in Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and data validation).
- Experience developing and managing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and validation.
- Strong understanding of Person, Employment, and Assignment data models within HR systems.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing high-volume data with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data issues in business terms.
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent HRIS or People Technology experience will be considered.
