Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect - Summary
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM modules

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud project lifecycles, ensuring projects meet quality standards and business objectives
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders to design tailored Oracle Fusion solutions
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including custom fields and fast formulas
- Establish and enforce security roles and access controls within the Oracle Fusion system
- Coordinate quarterly release cycles, including impact analysis, system testing, and user training
- Provide technical mentorship to team members and promote knowledge sharing across departments
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of overall ERP administration experience
- At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and/or HCM modules
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, development of custom fields, and crafting fast formulas
- Proven success in leading and managing full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion data dictionary, object relationships, and system architecture
