The Oracle Fusion Program Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions across enterprise environments. This position is designed for professionals with extensive experience in program management, particularly within large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM), and supply chain management (SCM) transformation projects utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud technology. The Oracle Fusion Program Manager will provide end-to-end leadership, ensuring the seamless coordination of cross-functional teams and alignment with organizational objectives.
As an Oracle Fusion Program Manager, you will be tasked with the comprehensive management of a multifaceted Oracle Fusion transformation project, which includes the oversight of more than 20 modules across ERP, HCM, and SCM domains. Your expertise in program governance, integrated planning, vendor management, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting will be instrumental in achieving project success. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic direction to ensure the program’s objectives are met while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
The Oracle Fusion Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the transition from project deployment to ongoing operations. Oracle Fusion Program Manager - Summary- Lead the end-to-end program management of Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives across ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Drive integrated planning, governance, vendor performance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and ensure seamless transition to operations.
- Provide strategic oversight to align program objectives with enterprise-wide goals.
- Oversee the implementation of more than 20 Oracle Fusion modules across ERP, HCM, and SCM domains.
- Manage program governance frameworks, integrated project planning, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and change management resources.
- Manage vendor relationships, system integrator performance, contractual agreements, and escalation processes.
- Mitigate program risks and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide executive-level program updates, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee financial management, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs, change control, and dependency tracking.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive program management or project management experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Demonstrated expertise leading Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar enterprise SaaS ERP transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in managing integrated delivery across finance, HR, supply chain, and technical functions.
- Proven ability to manage system integrator/vendor performance, contractual relationships, and escalation processes.
- Hands-on experience with program financial management, RAID, change control, schedule management, and testing governance.
