Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Analyst Position OverviewIDR is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting payroll processes and ensuring the effective implementation of Oracle system updates and releases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases, guaranteeing the uninterrupted performance of payroll systems.
- Submit and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for payroll issues, coordinating with Oracle Support as needed to resolve complex problems.
- Deliver on-call support on a 24/7 basis for critical payroll issues, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll processes and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes, issue resolutions, and system changes to support compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, with a proven track record of resolving payroll issues within the platform.
- Demonstrated ability to submit and follow up on Oracle Service Requests related to payroll matters.
- Experience managing and implementing Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases, ensuring system readiness and compliance.
- Availability to provide on-call support for urgent payroll issues, including outside regular business hours as needed.
- Oracle or payroll certifications are considered a plus and can enhance candidacy for this role.
