Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead - Summary
- Lead functional implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud applications.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT teams to drive system efficiency and business value.
- Oversee configuration, customizations, security, and system performance to deliver reliable financial software solutions.
- Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices within Oracle Fusion environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance projects, partnering with business SMEs to optimize application use and drive value across financial operations.
- Manage and execute configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and security roles within Oracle Fusion Finance to ensure system efficiency and data security.
- Coordinate and oversee quarterly releases and patches, including comprehensive testing and impact analysis to maintain system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across integrations and systems, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted system performance.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement best practices and maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
- Lead full project lifecycles involving requirements gathering, design, testing, and roll-out of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation or administration, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Functional Lead specifically for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas, with a strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
