Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager (PMP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all stages of Oracle Fusion ERP projects, from planning and initiation to implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop, monitor, and update project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and executive stakeholders, to facilitate project alignment and resource allocation.
- Manage post-implementation stabilization cycles, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to address issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM application implementations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager overseeing Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
- Demonstrated success managing post-go-live ERP stabilization cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a high-performance environment.
