Oracle ERP Analyst (HRMS/Fusion Cloud) OverviewARC Group is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle ERP Analyst (HRMS/Fusion Cloud) for a contract-to-hire, on-premise opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and Fusion Cloud applications, especially those with expertise in Oracle Advanced Benefits. The Oracle ERP Analyst (HRMS/Fusion Cloud) will play a key role in supporting ongoing implementations, optimizing business processes, and delivering technical solutions to enhance enterprise resource planning capabilities. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support for the Oracle EBS System (HRMS), focusing on Oracle Advanced Benefits and assisting in ongoing and new implementations.
- Consult with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, and conduct detailed analysis to design effective ERP solutions using Oracle HRMS and Fusion Cloud modules.
- Recommend best practices for asset tracking, inventory management, and work order management within the Oracle ERP environment.
- Customize Oracle Forms and reports, leveraging configuration and templates tools such as Sandbox to meet specific business needs.
- Write and maintain shell scripts using AIX operating system commands to automate and streamline processes.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports utilizing XML and BI Publisher Templates to support data-driven decision making.
- Debug application code and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Test and implement Oracle Roll up patches and Fusion Quarterly patches to maintain system security and performance.
- Extensive experience as an ERP Analyst with a strong background in Oracle Advanced Benefits (Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1.3).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle e-Business Suite HRMS R12.x implementations. At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Fusion Cloud Financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Project, and Grants modules, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to complete end-to-end implementation, configuration, and personalization of Oracle ERP pages. Experience in Forms development, report development using OTBI, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports is required.
- Strong understanding of Oracle programming and database concepts, including SQL Navigator, Toad, SQL*Loader, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Database 12c and above, BI Publisher, OAF, Reports, and Forms.
- Experience with PL/SQL packages, database tables, views, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Application Framework.
- Analytical skills to interpret business rules, troubleshoot complex code, and perform necessary modifications.
- Oracle Certification is preferred (proof of certification required if applicable).
- Proficient in SFTP and FTP file transfer protocols.
- Knowledge of API and data conversion processes within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library concepts and methodologies.
- Understanding of REST API and SOA processes, with experience using SOAP UI tools for troubleshooting.
- Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle database queries, stored procedures, database design, normalization, functions, triggers, and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Java, BPEL, XML, BI Publisher, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) is advantageous.
