As an Oracle EPM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Oracle EPM Solutions Architect - Summary
- Lead architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.
- Manage all stages of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Develop and optimize custom configurations, fast formulas, and security roles to align with business needs and industry standards.
- Coordinate quarterly release reviews, assess impacts, and conduct thorough testing with cross-functional business teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across Oracle Fusion Cloud domains.
- Ensure all solutions are compliant with organizational standards and align with long-term business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP Administration, with a focus on Oracle technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom field development and fast formula implementation.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, encompassing requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data dictionary, object relationships, and security concepts.
