Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead - Summary
- Lead and manage Oracle Cloud General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules implementation and support.
- Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Cloud Financials projects.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and deliver effective cloud-based financial solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules, overseeing all aspects of implementation and optimization.
- Facilitate and lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solution designs that meet organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Design Workshop Decks, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and Key Design Documents (KDDs).
- Support functional validation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and support to project team members.
- Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials projects by following best practices and maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets (FA).
- Demonstrated experience serving as a functional lead on Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
- Strong track record in leading design workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
- Hands-on experience in developing functional and key design documentation for enterprise-scale financial systems.
