The Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects and accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients and partners. This full-time role combines operational oversight, customer relationship management, and collaborative leadership with internal shared services. In addition to operational accountabilities, the Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Recruiting, Credentialing, and Human Resources teams to ensure all staffing requirements are fulfilled. You will coordinate new hire onboarding, compliance, and ongoing employee performance management. Operations Manager - Summary
- Lead and oversee the execution of assigned projects and contracts for Decypher’s healthcare service delivery.
- Serve as the first line leader and primary representative for clients and partners.
- Drive operational performance and ensure compliance with all contractual deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of contracts, including staffing, onboarding, and orienting new hires.
- Represent Decypher at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and ensure timely completion of all project-related requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are met.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in consultation with leadership.
- Develop strategic alliances, subcontract agreements, and teaming arrangements to drive growth.
- Assist in pricing opportunities using market or contract intelligence.
- Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships and participate in outcome-based discussions.
- Understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Promote high standards of integrity, professionalism, and business appearance.
- Engage with Recruiting, Credentialing, and Human Resources to fulfill staffing and onboarding requirements.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and document disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping and address issues promptly.
- Report workplace safety, injury, or compliance incidents to leadership and HR.
