Operations Coordinator - Summary
- Support daily manufacturing and operational workflows to ensure seamless production and logistics.
- Work closely with multiple teams to optimize processes and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, production scheduling, and administrative tasks to support overall operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across manufacturing, production, and logistics functions.
- Assist in coordinating production schedules to meet order fulfillment timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, track materials, and support procurement efforts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, work orders, and inventory transactions within ERP or internal systems.
- Support quality control processes by ensuring documentation accuracy and assisting with inspections as needed.
- Help coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including order verification, packaging, and carrier scheduling.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing operational efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to company safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Operations and Production leadership teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations, production, or manufacturing support role (required).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred; experience with athletic equipment, trampolines, or similar products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, production workflows, and supply chain processes.

- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
