In this full-time role, you will be responsible for resolving booking issues, addressing support escalations, and managing operational edge cases with a focus on delivering maximum value to customers. The Operations Analyst will not only troubleshoot issues as they arise but also proactively identify patterns, uncover root causes, and design solutions that prevent future problems. You will help create and refine workflows, develop tooling, and implement AI-driven processes to enhance accuracy, reduce manual interventions, and drive improvements in both speed and quality of service delivery.
Leading a global team of contractors, the Operations Analyst sets quality standards, oversees the AI-driven customer experience, and establishes feedback mechanisms to ensure consistent and high-quality service at every customer touchpoint.
