As an Operating Room RN, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery. This includes preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and maintaining strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control standards. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

- Demonstrate competency in multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Spine, Urology, and with training, Ophthalmology and Dental surgeries.
- Utilize electronic medical records for accurate documentation; Meditech experience is an asset, with training available.

- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) or CAORN certification is highly preferred.

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs as part of the physical demands of the role.
