OpenShift Engineer - Summary
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters
- Primarily focus on on-premise environments, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with internal development and DevOps teams for seamless integration of containerized applications
- Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing OpenShift and tools such as GitLab CI

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain OpenShift clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Automate cluster provisioning, management, and maintenance with tools like Ansible and Helm
- Develop, implement, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to support agile application deployment
- Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Work closely with developers to support containerized workloads and microservices
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to enhance team knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with OpenShift OCP (version 4.12+ preferred)
- Proficient in managing VMware vSphere environments
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or in a related role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with demonstrated independent and team collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including documentation of technical processes
- Demonstrated passion for automation, scalability, and operational excellence
