IDR is seeking a Open Text Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity based in EST time zones. This role involves developing and configuring document templates using OpenText technologies for a project focused on customer communication solutions. The team is working on a centralized system to enhance document delivery via paper, email, and text alerts, ensuring compliance and accessibility standards. 

Position Overview for the Open Text Developer:

• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand document and workflow requirements.
• Design, develop, and test templates using OpenText Exstream and related platforms, focusing on layout, data integration, and branding.
• Configure data sources and implement business logic to automate content generation and conditional formatting.
• Ensure templates are compliant with ADA and accessibility standards, incorporating features for users with disabilities.
• Monitor and optimize template performance, troubleshoot issues, and document technical specifications.

Requirements for the Open Text Developer:

• Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud, Exstream 16.4 and above.
• Experience on installation and configuration of OpenText Exstream.
• Hands-on experience with Design Manager/Designer, Communication Designer, Content Author, Workshop, and Job Orchestration.
• Knowledge of Tenant and Domain concepts, batch processing, and printing/email configurations.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with troubleshooting OpenText systems, end-to-end implementations, patching, and tuning.
