Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans for oncology patients
- Monitor patient status throughout the treatment process and intervene as clinically indicated
- Provide patient and family education related to disease process, treatment regimens, and post-care requirements
- Administer medications and infusions per established protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor to peers and new staff within the TCT/BMT clinic
- Support and participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrate commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license (multi-state compact license accepted, as applicable)
- BLS certification via AHA or American Red Cross
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as an Oncology RN
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Prior experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT), or infusion therapy highly desirable
