In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive quality systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing documentation for compliance with agencies such as the FDA, FACT, TJC, CAP, CMS, and OSHA. You will lead and participate in internal audits, host inspections, and ensure that all licenses and accreditations remain current and in good standing. Working closely with colleagues and leadership, you will play a key role in supporting and developing policies, protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
The Oncology RN Quality Coordinator will oversee quality assurance initiatives, data analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory readiness. You will design and implement performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend changes to enhance clinical and operational efficiency. In addition, you will provide ongoing training to staff, ensuring all team members are fully prepared to meet current regulatory standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and the ability to communicate complex quality data to both internal and external stakeholders.

Oncology RN Quality Coordinator - Summary

- Ensure regulatory compliance and support accreditation processes

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage documentation and systems for regulatory compliance (FDA, FACT, TJC, CAP, CMS, OSHA)
- Lead internal audits and facilitate agency inspections
- Ensure establishment licenses and accreditations are up to date
- Support quality assurance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across departments
- Audit and analyze clinical data (CIBMTR, EBMT) and oversee safety monitoring for immune effector cell therapy
- Partner with third-party providers to ensure accurate outcomes reporting
- Design and implement performance metrics and quality indicators
- Analyze data trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency in clinical and operational workflows
- Oversee surveys, manage accreditation documentation, and variance reporting
- Present meaningful quality data reports to stakeholders
- Create, update, and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Advise leadership on regulatory updates and quality system performance
- Contribute to the development of policies and protocols

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy (HSCT-CT)
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines
- Experience with statistical analysis preferred
