As an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oncology care for patients with prostate, bladder, and renal cancers
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and manage therapy side effects, complications, and symptoms
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and symptom management
- Document clinical findings and treatment progress in the electronic medical record
- Participate in tumor boards and case conferences as needed
- Support quality improvement initiatives within the oncology clinic

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and active CA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Certification as an NP or PA-C
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
- Proven experience in oncology as an advanced practice provider
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and patient education skills
