Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary- Full-time contract position supporting hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting
- Work with a multidisciplinary team in a highly respected cancer center
- Three-month assignment with all travel, lodging, and malpractice covered
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Provide direct patient care for individuals with cancer and hematologic conditions
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals in the management of oncology patients
- Prescribe treatments, medications, and coordinate referrals as necessary
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in response to evolving needs
- Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning

- Experienced in providing oncology or hematology care
