Office Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer calls promptly and courteously, providing information and scheduling service appointments.
- Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently to service locations based on scheduling needs and customer priorities.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all client information.
- Manage invoicing processes, follow up on outstanding balances, and address customer billing inquiries.
- Coordinate technician schedules, optimize routes, and communicate updates to the field team.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Order parts and replenish office and inventory supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the business owner and other team members.
