Office Manager - Summary
- Serve as the administrative backbone of the office, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective coordination of tasks.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold the agency’s values of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Support both management and staff with onboarding, training, and ongoing administrative needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly and courteously respond to client inquiries and provide reliable customer assistance, maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Coordinate onboarding and training activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure operational continuity.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff, managing calendars and logistics to maximize efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of business reports, presentations, and important documentation.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record-keeping.
- Support marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and coordinating event logistics to promote agency initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required for consideration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
