Jordan Spicer & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Office Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our agency, the Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office, delivering high-quality client service, and supporting our team’s continued growth. Our agency operates on the principles of stability, clarity, and integrity, valuing well-defined systems and a positive culture over chaos. If you thrive in environments where you can own your responsibilities, contribute to a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact, this full-time opportunity may be the ideal next step in your career.

As the Office Manager, you will serve as the central hub of our agency. Your primary mission will involve managing client relationships, streamlining workflows, and overseeing daily operations to ensure every client and team member experiences a high standard of service. From the initial client greeting to the management of policy renewals and operational logistics, your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive the agency’s overall efficiency and reputation for excellence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own a wide range of responsibilities, supporting both clients and internal teams. You will interact regularly with clients in various ways – in person, over the phone, via text, and through email – providing a welcoming and professional experience at every touchpoint. Your duties will include managing the full renewal process, maintaining office supplies, preparing for team meetings, and celebrating team milestones. You will also be responsible for supporting documentation requests, monitoring policy activations, and ensuring all client inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

Our ideal candidate is a servant-leader, passionate about helping others and committed to following through on every task. You should possess a strong sense of ownership, integrity, and initiative. While an active Property & Casualty License is preferred, we are open to discussing this requirement for candidates who demonstrate the right mindset and skills. In return, you will benefit from a structured environment, growth opportunities, and a supportive, human-first company culture.

Working at Jordan Spicer & Associates means being part of a team that values your contributions and celebrates achievements. You will have access to comprehensive benefits including retirement matching and health coverage options after your initial period of employment. Join us and experience the satisfaction of playing a vital role in a professional and positive workplace. If you are ready to bring your skills and passion for service to our agency, we encourage you to apply for the Office Manager position today by clicking the application button.
