- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Provide administrative support to sales agents, such as paperwork processing, policy updates, and customer follow-ups
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new team members
- Monitor and report on office performance metrics to help achieve team objectives
- Handle human resources tasks, compliance, and general administrative duties
- Establish strong customer relationships and deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service
