- Provide exceptional service to clients by resolving billing, claims, and policy-related questions
- Cross-sell and promote insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new and existing team members
- Ensure all office operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and perform basic administrative support functions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in office management or leadership positions
- Background in sales or customer service; insurance industry experience is preferred
- Active insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive, client-focused attitude
