Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage complex, high-volume scheduling for clinic staff and healthcare providers
- Process and approve time off requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and schedule integrity
- Oversee payroll functions and timecard approvals, ensuring timely and precise processing
- Develop staffing templates and block schedules to maximize resource utilization
- Support overall clinic operations by maintaining documentation and compliance with healthcare protocols
- Utilize EPIC and other healthcare systems for administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members, providers, and leadership to resolve scheduling and administrative issues

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mandatory flu vaccination, with no declinations or exemptions permitted
- Minimum of one year experience in high-volume staff scheduling
- Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping approvals
- Experience with EPIC and familiarity with healthcare administrative processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
