Occupational Therapist (OT) - Summary
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patient independence and functional outcomes.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each client’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute occupational therapy interventions targeting activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), and work-related tasks.
- Utilize adaptive equipment and technology to support patient goals.
- Monitor, reassess, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid state-issued license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 12 years of experience in an occupational therapy setting strongly preferred.
- Professional affiliations such as AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) and/or OTAC (Occupational Therapy Association of California) preferred.
