Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Summary- Full-time hospital-based Occupational Therapist (OT) position
- Serve patients across northern Los Angeles County
- Focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy
- Contribute to a mission-driven organization supporting community health
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with hospital standards
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Competitive compensation, with opportunities to earn up to $125,000 annually
- Hourly rate: $44 - $63, based on experience and qualifications

- Completion of a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current licensure by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
- BLS (AHA) current certification
- At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care facility preferred
- Demonstrates strong clinical skills and experience in acute care settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
