Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, quality care.
- Comply with all company policies, state regulations, and federal healthcare requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, care planning sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida.
