In this role, the Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be responsible for evaluating and treating employees for work-related injuries and illnesses, conducting health assessments, and supporting workplace safety initiatives. Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary- Contract assignment for a defined 4-month period
- Full-time, weekday schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday shifts
- Work in a supportive, multidisciplinary occupational medicine program
- Location: Bethesda, MD
- Provide direct patient care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Conduct employee health screenings and assessments
- Perform minor clinical procedures as required
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary support staff including MAs, RNs, and administrative personnel
- Promote workplace safety and occupational health education
- Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in occupational medicine practice
- Competitive hourly compensation: $100-$110 per hour
- 1099 contract position
