- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in MI
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of obstetrical care
