OBGYN Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Locum Tenens Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to OBGYN patients in a clinical setting
- Assist with OBGYN surgical procedures, including robotics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, and cesarean sections as required
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care
- Participate in call rotation, ensuring continuity of care for patients
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Educate patients on women’s health, preventative care, and postoperative care as needed
- Support the overall mission and values of the healthcare organization through compassionate and ethical practice

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) required; consideration for candidates licensed in Wisconsin or those eligible for rapid licensure
- Experience in OBGYN or women’s health strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide both clinical and surgical support in an OBGYN setting
- Ability to work a standard full-time schedule with participation in a call rotation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
