OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN Hospitalist Director) - Summary- Leadership and clinical oversight of the OB hospitalist program
- Direct reporting to executive medical operations leadership
- Focus on value-based, high-quality obstetric care delivery

- Oversee daily program operations to ensure consistent delivery of quality care
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff, and administrative leadership
- Foster strong rapport with physician and CNM OB hospitalist team members
- Collaborate with executive leadership (Market Medical Director, Medical Director of Operations, Vice President of Clinical Operations) to achieve clinical and operational objectives
- Provide on-site presence as needed to address operational or clinical priorities
- Train and mentor new clinicians in the organization’s value-based culture
- Communicate, enforce, and uphold clinical policies, procedures, and expectations
- Manage minor physician concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Work with leadership teams to identify opportunities for enhancing labor and delivery service utilization
- Fulfill a minimum of five (5) 24-hour (or equivalent) hospitalist shifts per 28-day period

- Significant experience in obstetrical emergency care (preferred)

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
