The OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN) plays a vital leadership role within the hospital’s obstetric care team. As an OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN), you will be responsible for overseeing program operations, maintaining high-quality clinical standards, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both medical staff and hospital administration. Working as an OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN) enables you to shape the quality of maternal and neonatal care in a dynamic hospital environment. You will report directly to senior clinical leadership, such as the Market Medical Director (MMD), Medical Director of Operations (MDO), or Vice President of Clinical Operations (VPCO), and collaborate closely with hospital leaders to align program objectives with best practices and clinical goals. The position also involves mentoring and training new clinicians in value-based care, ensuring adherence to policies, and regularly addressing operational priorities on-site. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in obstetric care delivery.
