OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN) - Summary
- Leadership role overseeing OB hospitalist program operations and clinical quality
- Serves as a liaison between hospital leadership, medical staff, and the hospitalist team

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality care delivery and program operations within the OB hospitalist team
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff, and administrative leaders
- Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to achieve clinical and operational objectives
- Supervise and mentor OB hospitalist physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
- Conduct regular site visits and address operational priorities at the hospital
- Train and develop new clinicians in a value-based care model
- Communicate and enforce clinical policies, procedures, and expectations
- Manage and escalate physician issues as appropriate
- Identify and implement strategies to increase labor and delivery utilization
- Work at least five 24-hour (or equivalent) OB hospitalist shifts per 28-day period

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Proven ability to build rapport and positive relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Experience in obstetrical emergency care is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
