This full-time opportunity features a flexible schedule with a majority of 24-hour shifts, as well as some 12-hour or mixed-shift options. OB Hospitalist Physicians (OB/GYN Hospitalists) typically commit to a set number of shifts within each scheduling block, ensuring a balanced workload and continuity of patient care. OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) - Summary- Deliver hospital-based obstetrical and gynecological care as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives on the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Provide direct clinical support to community physicians and midwives as needed.

- Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to patients, including contraceptive services where applicable.
- Deliver direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients, including collaboration with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists via telehealth as needed.
- Participate in daily Labor and Delivery board rounds, contributing to care coordination and patient safety.
- Serve as the Safety Officer on the Labor and Delivery floor to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients.
- Support community clinicians through clinical assistance and practice coverage within safe parameters.

- Significant experience in obstetrical emergency care preferred.
