OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) - Summary- Full-time hospital-based OB/GYN physician position in Los Angeles
- Focus on direct patient care, safety, and collaboration within the Labor and Delivery unit
- Structured shift model with 24-hour and 12-hour options

- Provide obstetrical and gynecological care to patients, including contraceptive services (as applicable)
- Deliver direct patient care to high-risk individuals, collaborating with Maternal Fetal Medicine as needed via telemedicine or phone consultation
- Participate in daily Labor and Delivery board rounds, reviewing patient care plans and facilitating communication among the care team
- Act as the Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery, ensuring optimal outcomes for all patients regardless of primary admitting clinician
- Support community physicians and midwives by offering clinical assistance and practice coverage as requested, within safe and feasible parameters
